LINSINGER has acquired unique expertise as a result of 60 years of continuos research and development. The Milling Technology range represents the historical origin of the company, which was expanded to include Sawing Technology after the takeover of Wagner in 1996. Rail Technology is the latest addition to the range, resulting from a combination of LINSINGER’s Milling and Sawing Technologies. The assortment is further enhanced by Tool Technology Division which offers an attractive tooling service guaranteeing ongoing satisfaction to LINSINGER customers.

Colonial Tool has been in the machine tool business for almost 80 years. Colonial has been a world class manufacturer of broach tools, broach and special machines, spline rolling racks, precision spindles (precision rotating products), and special cutting tools. Colonial’s facilities are international located in Canada, USA, and Mexico with almost 100,000 sq.ft. of engineering and manufacturing capacity. As an example of recent Colonial Tool Group installation, we can quote the final stage installing of the latest "240-in-stroke Horizontal Broach Machine" with 5-CNC-axis, which has been bought by Pratt-&-Whitney.

Eastman’s Static Table System provides superior cutting performance and increased throughput. Capable of marking, cutting, drilling and punching virtually any flexible material at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152.4cm/s); the Static table system registers accuracy of +/- .015 inches (.4mm), with higher accuracies available.

"T" boring and milling machine

The combined effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set points carried out during the work cycle of the autoclave gives strengh and resistance to the product under treatement. No other solution for polymerization (e.g. RTM, poltrusion, filament winding, ect.) can achieve these performances.

The autoclave combines during its working cycle the effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set pionts. Thanks to these combined effects the PVB film between the glass sheets can polymerize, granting the perfect bonding and transparency of the final product.
