Eastman’s Static Table System provides superior cutting performance and increased throughput. Capable of marking, cutting, drilling and punching virtually any flexible material at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152.4cm/s); the Static table system registers accuracy of +/- .015 inches (.4mm), with higher accuracies available.

The combined effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set points carried out during the work cycle of the autoclave gives strengh and resistance to the product under treatement. No other solution for polymerization (e.g. RTM, poltrusion, filament winding, ect.) can achieve these performances.

The autoclave combines during its working cycle the effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set pionts. Thanks to these combined effects the PVB film between the glass sheets can polymerize, granting the perfect bonding and transparency of the final product.
