PORTATEC a également breveté le système vilmill™ qui permet aux parties découpées de bien rester fixées sur la table après découpe , particulièrement si elles sont de petite dimension. Ces développements sont faits en liaison avec l’Université technique de DRESDE. PORTATEC a développé également des systèmes automatisés de stockage des tôles en amont et aval de la machine , permettant la mise en production de véritables centres de découpe. Les machines peuvent être équipées de une à deux broches de fraisage et adaptées aux spécifications des constructeurs aéronautiques.
